Admittedly, it has been far too long since you’ve heard from me due primarily to health challenges, financial stresses, and good people leaving the planet. As a result, I’ve been in a temporary funk.

Impacts of Recent Months

There are three issues that I want to address that have affected and continue to impact many of us:

1. People Leaving the Planet: It goes w/o saying that people we know and several that we don’t know are transitioning; to illness, violence, and natural and human-made disasters…therefore the heavy ongoing burden of grief is impacting our families, workplaces, and the entire world…

• Mid-Term Election Results: I don’t engage with mainstream media. However, I felt bombarded nationally and locally and was therefore impacted by the Good, Bad, and Ugly of it all. I’m honestly still feeling the impact of lies and promises communicated via social media and texts! Yet, I’m grateful that I exercised my right to vote and that many favored candidates won their races and important measures passed…

• Range of COVID Positioning: COVID will continue to mutate and impact us indefinitely. Businesses are pumped to attract paying customers, with a range of inconsistent mask mandates. People are flocking to indoor events, air, rail, and cruise travel en masse, and the overall impact is quite frankly unsettling, at least for some of us…

However, rising like the phoenix from the ashes, I’m inspired by the November 23 New Moon in Sagittarius that signals positive consciousness shifts and deep, uplifting transformation on the horizon. A welcome relief!
