  1. Don’t worry about what you can’t control like the weather, traffic or the news
  2. Exercise on a regular basis. Cardio and calming exercises like Yoga release tension from your body.
  3. Take periodic refresh breaks away from your computer for fresh air, space and a different perspective. You’ll be clear-headed and more productive when you take refresh breaks to renew yourself.
  4. Remember to breathe. Breathe in deeply, hold and release slowly with a sigh. This will calm you down in just a few moments.
