I’m excited and grateful to connect with you during this season of unprecedented and profound change.
Traditionally, in the Northern Hemisphere, leaves are changing color and falling. We may be feeling loss, fear or grief. I acknowledge the recent transition of Congressman John Lewis, Celebrated Actor Chadwick Boseman and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Yet we’re also approaching a harvest season. Pumpkins of different colors abound in North America!
Traditionally, in the Southern Hemisphere, native flowers bloom and trees are blossoming. Despite feelings of loss, fear or grief, there is a sense of new life demonstrated through nature. Temperatures are typically warming up.
However, Climate Change is what we contend with all over the world. Nothing is what it used to be…and may not ever be again.
“So much depends on how we look at things. The quality of our looking determines what we come to see.” -John O’Donohue
“I’m no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I’m changing the things I cannot accept.” -Angela Davis
What Are You Choosing?
- What future do you want to co-create?
- How do you want to transform your business or organization?
- In what ways will the world be better because you fulfilled your role?
These are provocative and necessary questions that I look forward to exploring more deeply with you in community.
In the USA, we have another opportunity to co-create what we want by voting. Several spiritual, cultural and non-partisan groups are focusing on voter education and registration. I encourage you to exercise your right to vote.
